Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the item has been used and is faulty, we kindly ask that you provide photos showcasing the issue.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We request that all returns are sent using a tracked posting method. We will not be held liable in the event that you use an untracked service and your item is not received.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 1 year from date of purchase. To return an item, please email us with the reason for the return and your order number.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note we are unable to offer free returns for items ordered by mistake, or items that are no longer required. The shipping cost, if any, from your original order will not be refunded.
Clearance items are not eligible for return/refund. Please make sure you keep a copy of the return receipt/tracking number.
